Delete your account

This is permanent.

Your profile, posts, hosted events, messages, and group participation will be removed. Other members’ independent content and groups remain. Account access ends when your request is confirmed.

We stop future Stripe subscription billing. Deletion does not refund previous payments or reverse charges already processing. For a refund, contact [email protected].

Just taking a break? You can use vacation mode or cancel renewal from Account → Membership in the app instead.

Cleanup runs automatically and retries temporary failures. It usually finishes within 24 hours. If it is still pending, contact support with your reference. Keep this browser’s confirmation to check completion. Do not clear browser storage until you have saved your reference.

Limited billing records, explicitly held safety/legal cases, and minimal deletion records may be retained for legitimate purposes. Backup and log copies may remain under our Privacy Policy. Information independently copied by other people cannot be recalled. See our Privacy Policy.

Cannot sign in? Contact [email protected] for help verifying ownership. Never email your password or full payment credentials. You do not need to reinstall the app.
